Welcome to Dagu Rice Noodle (大鼓米线&奶茶.甜品), located at 5090 Buford Hwy NE STE 110-111, Doraville, GA 30340.
Origin of Dagu Rice Noodle. But the noodles would always be cold by the time they arrived at the island. One day, the wife discovered that the chicken soup she sent to her husband was still hot. She soon figured out that the thick oil in the chicken broth preserved heat and that the rice noodle tasted better if not boiled together with the chicken broth. The wife then started separating the chicken broth, rice noodle, and other ingredients and combined them altogether only after they have arrived at her husband's place. The rice noodles tasted so good that the cooking method soon spread across the city. Local people named the dish" crossing the bridge noodles" in honor of the wife as she had needed to cross a bridge to the island every day.

We recently tried a variety of dishes, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The whole deep-fried chicken was a bit sweeter than I usually prefer, but it was still absolutely amazing. The bamboo shoots and cucumber came out unapologetically spicy, which was fantastic and really added a kick to the meal. The clams were excellent, and the sautéed tripe and beef brisket in the chef's special sauce were also great—though you'll need to be a fan of unbleached tripe to fully appreciate it.
The mushroom soup was rich and flavorful, a perfect warm-up for the meal. The pork buns were soft, a deliciously comforting addition to the spread. Overall, the bold flavors and well-prepared dishes made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.
Such a creative way to eat Shabu Shabu except they used rice noodles. I’ve enjoyed the experience eating noodle soup like this. Appetizer was delicious. Also I liked my soft tofu dessert. Highly recommend this place. Btw I like the soup base they used for my rice noodle hot pot.
Fruit tea was great but I think a little too bitter for my boy. Maybe offer people if they want diff level of sweetness would be awesome. Our server Halen was very friendly and courteous.
Came back for second visit and the food was consistently satisfying and delicious!

Highly recommend. The noodles taste great and there’s multiple different flavors to choose from. They also have a wide variety of appetizers and cold plates that are flavorful. Also the milk tea here is a must! Some of the drinks come with toppings already and the topping pairings are great. Also the grass jelly and iced rice dessert is phenomenal. Great place to dine at if you’re looking for a variety of food to eat and drink at one place.
Fast, good noodle spot in Doraville! If you're looking for variety, this is a great spot to go to, with a huge menu outside of the noodle dishes including fried appetizers, boba tea, and ice desserts. I will say, I do think food-wise Ten Second Noodle in the Doraville H-Mart complex is the clear winner in terms of the noodles, but this is also a good spot. The service is very quick with the call button for additional service if you need it. Happy to see more Yunnan Rice Noodle spots popping up in Atlanta!
